We only use healthy fresh tomatoes, loaded with rich ripe fruit flavours with a clear red colour, high pectin, few pips and high solids. These tomatoes are cultivated in our unique region of South Africa, a region that will be difficult to match anywhere in the world.

We specialize in sun-dried tomatoes but also provide other dried fruits and exotic dried products like olives and figs. We also dry vegetables and herbs on demand for example onions and pumpkins. South Africa is a developing country therefore the exchange rate is very favorable.
